Helaas kunnen alle sloten worden doorgeknipt met de juiste gereedschappen en voldoende tijd. De exacte tijd die het kost hangt af van verschillende factoren, zoals de kracht van de haakse slijper, het type schijven dat wordt gebruikt en de vaardigheid van de gebruiker. Tijdens onze eigen en onafhankelijke tests hebben we ontdekt dat de X1 minstens 5 keer beter bestand is tegen haakse slijper-aanvallen dan de huidige toonaangevende D-slot en dat er meerdere schijven nodig zijn om het door te snijden

LITELOK X1 heeft een volledige vergrendelingsomtrek van ongeveer 101 x 196 mm, wat betekent dat je meer fietsen op meer plaatsen kunt vastzetten dan bij andere gepantserde U-sloten

I've used my X1 for 3 years in NYC locking bikes and motorcycles daily in Brooklyn and on 5th avenue overnight. Never had an issue or anything stolen. My only wish is a change from the bio-based rubber, it does tend to get beat up pretty quick, but to its credit it stands up to gasoline and oil from my 2 stroke bikes quite well.
Just bought a 2nd. Any competitors cost and/or weigh more.

Built like a tank and it gives me peace of mind when I'm away from my V-strom 800, specially here in the south of France which is known to be a dangerous place to have two wheels. I hesitated to get the X3 cause I was short on budget but if the X1 feels this good I can't imagine how the X3 feels like. Which I'll definitely get later on to make an unstoppable duo.
