Adjustable hook and loop straps ensure it will fit most frame shapes and sizes, whilst the rubberised strap prevents damage to your much loved bike. Will CORE Plus fit my waist?
CORE Flex will fit a waist size up to around 41 inches. Each lock is supplied with an elasticated wearable kit. You don’t need to close the lock around your waist, the wearable kit secures the lock while you wear it for comfort.
How secure is CORE Plus?
CORE Plus is independently tested by Sold Secure and has been awarded the Pedal Cycle Diamond rating. Sold Secure Pedal Cycle Diamond indicates that this is a high security product suitable for all bikes and e-bikes.
What's the difference between CORE Plus CORE Flex?
Both locks are very similar but there are some key differences between the two locks. CORE Plus is slightly more secure than CORE Flex. CORE Plus is also slightly heavier and less flexible than CORE Flex.
CORE Plus is also more secure than CORE Flex. CORE Plus is rated by Sold Secure as Pedal Cycle Diamond whereas CORE Flex is rated Pedal Cycle Gold.
What is CORE Plus ideal for?
CORE Plus is ideal for longer stops in high risk areas and for commuters who need a high level of security.
Can I attach CORE Plus to my bike?
Yes, the CORE Plus is supplied with a set of wrap straps and frame mounts. These can be used to mount the lock to your frame or pannier rack etc. With so many frame variations please feel free to contact us for assistance on this.
What is CORE Plus made from?
CORE Plus is made of 3 layers of protection. A high tensile steel core, steel radial protection and then protected by a plant based biopolymer. The whole construction is then covered with the abrasion sleeve.
Can you coil CORE Plus?
Yes, to an extent. CORE Plus can be coiled to a degree. If this is a requirement for you, we'd suggest looking at CORE Flex or one of our more flexible locks.
How much does CORE Plus weigh?
CORE Plus 75cm weighs 1.9kg (4.1lbs) and CORE Plus 100cm weighs 2.25kg (4.9lb). This makes CORE Plus up to 50% lighter than most other high security bike locks and chains.
How do I lock my bike with a CORE Plus?
We’d always recommend locking your bike to something as well as having the lock through your frame and back wheel. With so many frame variations please feel free to contact us for assistance on this.
What is the warranty?
LITELOK CORE Plus is sold with a 1 year warranty to provide peace of mind and covers mechanical or operational faults through normal usage. The warranty does not cover aesthetic wear and tear. It is important to register your lock and keys with us so that in the event that you lose your keys, replacements can be ordered.

Along with being all but grinder resistent, it is also MUCH lighter than a CHAIN system and much more compact than lengthy chains. I also find it to be more attractive than chains or other choices.

I recently purchased as bundled for a new bicycle. I appreciate that with greater security will come a compromise. I had the preconception that this lock was more flexible than it is. I have found it hard to get it around the bike and bike racks without really wrestling it, as it’s not round you then can’t feed it through elegantly against the tiny and delicate spokes. The lock is covered with mesh and rubber parts stopping you from scratching or damaging your bike but the locking spigot / pin is perfecting for dinging and scratching your new bike. Once together it’s really not clear if it’s lock, the key sits very deep and waggles about. Would be awesome if these bundles could be keyed alike. I hope this taken as positive feedback, ideally I’d love to live in a world where ***** don’t steal bikes. until then I’ll accept these minor gripe points - much love

Seems really sturdy, really good quality
Easy to carry, especially on your shoulder, even though the 100 cm model is too big to be carried on my mountain bike with the provided straps
CONs:
The boa green colour is a little darker and much glossier than the photos make you think
The 100 cm long version is a little on the small side, which makes it impossible to secure the bike to italian lamp posts.
In retrospect the motorcycle version would have been better for my needs

The lock is really thorough and I am very confident that it will protect my bike. That is obviously the main purpose of it. However, the part where the key unlocks the lock is so big that it does not fit easily through the tire, only sideways. Because the lock is so stern, it is very difficult to move it around sideways. It‘s quite a lot of pfaffing therefore before the bike is locked up. It‘s a shame because this is probably the best lock I have had in my 30 years of cycling in the city.

Beau produit, sentiment de sécurité, dimensions (100 cm) qui offre la facilité de pouvoir attacher le vélo à différents types de poteaux.
Défauts : lourd, et la sangle qui permet de le porter autour de la taille est très longue, pour l'hiver, par dessus des vêtements c'est utile, mais l'été par dessus des vêtements légers il n'y a pas moyen de serrer la sangle trop longue qui peut glisser sur les hanches

Amazing concept. Beefy product. It is a little confusing on how to configure it with the Velcro straps in order to wear it around your waist. It didn't come with any instructions, so I had to look at photos on the website to figure it out. I hope I have it installed correctly.
I also purchased the Litelok X3. Between the 2 of them, I feel like I have the best protection available for my bike.
